BUSINESS COACHING-EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive coaching is the classical form of coaching. One to one sessions with an executive mostly on business related topics such as: leadership, decision-making, communication, motivation, strategy making or any personal skill development.

TEAM COACHING

Team coaching is a very effective way to support a small team in order to clarify their goals, sort out their tasks, and to schedule their actions in a very short time. At the beginning of a project or as preparation for any change, team coaching is a good intervention.  

SKILL COACHING
